Ultramarine Quark Expeditions

Mivan, the marine outfitting specialist, manufactured bespoke joinery and completed the outfitting on the expedition vessel Ultramarine, for Quark Expeditions.

Ultramarine, the newest addition to Quark’s offering, is designed to go beyond the familiar in polar exploration, to discover new places, and to immerse visitors in the best the region has to offer.

The scope of works included refurbishment of bathrooms and shower areas in guest cabins, replacement of integrated benches throughout, bespoke joinery installed in medical facility, refurbishment of lecture theatre with additional seating, and some minor works to various internal spaces.

This small works project was the first with new valued client Quark Expeditions and if the feedback is anything to go by it will not be the last marine outfitting project completed with Quark.
