John is a Chartered Civil Engineer with over 28 years’ experience in construction. Utilising his experience gained in senior management, he has led the growth and diversification. Mivan now operates in many markets with new modular product.

Dean has an in-depth practical knowledge of all facets of the fit out sector. Over 20 years’ experience in Mivan has given him a key grasp of the operational running. Working on a diverse range of projects and an Honours Degree in Building Engineering. Dean has built a reputation to get projects done.

Catherine is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland. Over 15 years’ experience working with the senior management team. Catherine oversees all the financial activities for Mivan. Including budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.

Liam brings over 20 years of experience to Mivan. He handles the commercial, contractual, insurance and legal aspects within Mivan projects. With a particular emphasis on minimising risk and maximising opportunity.

James has over 30 years’ experience with Mivan and the construction industry. In that time, he has worked globally across both land and marine sectors. James is now focused on delivering Mivan’s marine operations.

Paul handles the delivery of our land-based fit out projects. Ensuring Mivan completes safely, on time, and to clients' stipulated quality standards.  Paul has an Honours Degree in Construction Engineering & Management. Over 20 years working for Mivan, in the UK fit out sector and abroad. Utilising this vast experience in the successful delivery of our projects. 

Kenny is a Member of the Institution of Civil Engineers. He has worked for Mivan in the UK and internationally for 28 years.  He has extensive experience in the delivery of a variety of fit out projects. He now uses that experience to win new work for the business.

Helen is a Chartered Architect and has over 30 years’ experience in the industry. She has a wealth of design and project management experience. Over 20 years with Mivan and involved with variety of fit out projects.

Karen is an Associate of the CIPD and has worked for Mivan for over 20 years. She manages the provision of a full HR function within the business. Following best practice, statutory requirements and in line with company strategy.

Jonathan is a Chartered safety & health practitioner. He has an Honours Degree in Occupational Health, Safety & Environment.  He has been with Mivan for over 3 years and is the driving force behind our SHEQ strategy. Jonathan has led the company to achieve a zero-accident frequency rate.

Stephen has a Degree in Mechanical Engineering and Masters in Advanced Manufacturing Systems. He has been with the company for over 25 years' and has a wealth of knowledge and experience to run the Mivan factory.
