MIVAN COMPLETES POOL, SPA AND GYM AT THE BROADWAY

Mivan, the leading fit out and bespoke joinery specialists, have completed a multi-million-pound contract for the full fit out of a new pool, spa, and gym at The Broadway, one of Central London’s largest prime residential sites.

The Broadway is set on the former site of the Metropolitan Police headquarters and within walking distance of the Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey, and St. James’ Park. It is a modern, fashionable, and high-end residential development comprising six grand towers with 258 luxury apartments, boasting spectacular views across the city.

Mivan completed the full turnkey fit-out of the 5-star amenity spaces, which include the 16,000 sq. feet of health, fitness and spa amenities that afford residents the chance to relax and recharge in an exceptional setting. Facilities include an elegant 25m heated indoor swimming pool, fully equipped gym with the latest fitness technology, sauna, two separate personal training studios, treatment rooms and a spacious, state-of-the-art games room.

Working with renowned architects Squire & Partners and principal contractors Multiplex, Mivan strived to create something that seamlessly integrates with the lives of London’s inhabitants and the city around it. The Broadway brings something entirely new into the heart of one of London’s most historic areas and reflects traditional British luxury but reinvented.
