As part of the Mivan Kier Joint Venture, since 1998, the Company has been delivering a $140 million contract for the Romanian Government. The project comprises a water supply infrastructure and social housing solution that has won numerous awards over recent years.

Building on this knowledge and experience, Mivan has established a Property Development office in Bucharest and has already purchased a number of sites for retail development. The first of these, Liberty Center, will open in 2008.

Locally, Mivan has completed the Bleach Green development in Northern Ireland - a high quality, rural, residential scheme.
