Mivan, the luxury fit out and bespoke joinery specialists, has been honoured with a recognition as a finalist in two significant categories at the Made in Northern Ireland Awards 2024.

The Made in Northern Ireland Awards, known for celebrating excellence in manufacturing across various sectors, have acknowledged Mivan's commitment to sustainability by shortlisting the company for the Sustainable/Ethical Manufacture of the Year award. Additionally, Mivan also has achieved recognition in the highly competitive Manufacturer of the Year (over £25m) category, showcasing the company's outstanding performance, sustainable growth, and contribution to the industry.

This shortlist underscores Mivan's continuous quest for excellence in manufacturing, highlighting its dedication to sustainability, innovation, and operational excellence. The company's commitment to sustainability is demonstrated in the Sustainability Road Map launched last year with the broader mission to create a positive impact on society and the environment.

"We are honoured to be recognised as finalists in two prestigious categories at the Made in Northern Ireland Awards 2024," said John Cunningham, CEO at Mivan. "This acknowledgment is a testament to our team's hard work, innovation, and unwavering dedication to excellence. At Mivan, we are committed to sustainable manufacturing practices that not only drive business success but also contribute to a better, more sustainable future."

Now in their tenth year, The Made in NI Awards serve as a platform to celebrate and recognise the remarkable achievements of companies that exemplify the best of Northern Irish manufacturing. An independent panel of judges was brought together by Insider Media to scrutinise, assess, and evaluate all the entry submissions in the nine award categories and determined the shortlists and the eventual winners.

The winners will be revealed at the awards lunch taking place at the Titanic Museum Belfast on Friday 17th May 2024. Good luck to all the finalists.
