Interiors and specialist joinery contractor Mivan has opened a London office with a launch party last night.

Mivan hosted over 50 of its key clients at Pinnacle House in the City and will use the central location to service its customer base in the South East consolidating its position as one of the top three interiors contractors in the UK. The office is located at St Dunstan’s Hill in EC3R and will primarily be used for Mivan operational staff for ongoing and future projects in the London area. Some of Mivan’s current portfolio includes the new Shell Centre in Waterloo Road for key client ISG InteriorExterior; Colchester Barracks for Sir Robert McAlpine; the Willis Building for Mace; Basinghall Avenue for Bovis Lend Lease and the new Radisson Edwardian Hotel for Ballymore Properties. Speaking at the launch event, Mivan Director Mervyn McCall commented “this will enable Mivan to provide top class operational support for our client base in the UK and South East. We are excited about the potential opportunities that a London presence can bring to Mivan. ” The event brought together some of the UK’s leading contractors, developers, architects and practices.
