199 Knightsbridge wins Property Award

The Knightsbridge residential development has been awarded the Residential Development of the Year gong at the Property Week Property Awards 2006 in London.
The Knightsbridge replaced a dull and intrusive 1950s office block which occupied one of the finest sites in London, close to fashionable Knightsbridge, Harrods and Hyde Park. Working to client, Multiplex Constructions (UK) and architect Squire & Partners, Mivan successfully delivered the £20m+ combined contract for the fit-out of over 620 bathrooms and specialist wall panelling at the residential development. The project has also been put forward for the upcoming Building Magazine Specialist Contractor Awards in November of this year. « Go Back
