Mivan has been shortlisted for the second consecutive year in the ‘Finishing & Fit-out’ category at the upcoming Construction News Specialists in Construction Awards.

The entry was primarily based on Mivan’s work on the 199 Knightsbridge and Wycombe Square residential projects for Multiplex Constructions and St. James Group respectively. Both contracts totalled almost £40 million in value. Bob Crompton, Project Director for the St. James Group commented: “Mivan has undertaken fit-out works and bespoke joinery manufacture at our most prestigious Central London location. The quality of the works is consistently better than any other fit-out contractor that I have worked with. The quality ethos and bespoke capability of the Mivan organisation is refreshing.” The final shortlist for the Finishing & Fit-out category is:

The Specialists in Construction Awards are taking place at the London Park Lane Hilton Hotel on 11th May 2006 and are organised by Construction News to recognise the critical role played by specialist contractors of all sizes and types on this country's construction projects.
