Mivan awarded £14million+ fit-out project in London

Mivan has recently been awarded the fit-out packages for the bathrooms at the 199 Knightsbridge project in central London.
The development comprises 198 luxury apartments and 7 Mews Houses on Knightsbridge looking over Hyde Park and close to Harvey Nichols, Harrods, and the Mandarin Oriental Hotel. The apartments are to be managed by Hyatt International Hotels, and are set out in two large blocks with dedicated Health & Fitness Club and swimming pool on the ground floor. The development equates to approximately £2000/sq ft, hence the developments billing as the ‘The World’s most desirable new address.’ Despite competition from 7 other contractors, Mivan has been awarded two packages on the project – the fit-out of bathrooms to Block A, and the fit-out of bathrooms to block B & Mews Houses. In all Mivan is responsible for the fit-out of 664 bathrooms with a total value of £14.5 million. Main contractor for the project is Multiplex Constructions UK.
