The shopping mall development in Bucharest, built by Mivan Kier Joint Venture for client Mivan Development has picked up the Retail project of the Year at the recent EuropaProperty South Eastern European (SEE) Real Estate Awards Gala.

Professionals from across the SEE region gathered at the SAS Radisson Hotel in Bucharest to celebrate the leading commercial real estate companies, projects and professionals from SEE. Mivan’s Property Director John Houghton said “I’d like to thank the jury members for putting their faith in this project and, of course, all members of our team”. He added, “Enjoy the party, it won’t be the last, the problems will ease, and we’ll all get back to work.” Liberty Center officially opened on 31 October 2008.
