Pictured is the five-star Hilton Hotel in Belfast. This was a £17m contract for Mivan which included the fit-out and build of the 15-storey, 195-bedroom hotel.

As part of the Mivan Kier Joint Venture, since 1998, the Company delivered a $140 million contract for the Romanian Government. The project comprised a water supply infrastructure and social housing solution that has won numerous awards over recent years.
